I can't find the region and language on windows 10 settings. when I go to keyboard setting normally it says that the è and é setting isn't on and I can't change it, its really annoying because I'm trying to write an essay in french and when I put an apostrophe it goes è. On windows 10 we have just region and there is no keyboard thingy so I can't change it. What is region and language on windows 10 setting to change keyboard? I would love to erase the multi-lingual and get along with American English, but when I try the remove button, my other language, that I need, is also erased. My keyboard is stuck on English Canada multi-lingual and I can't change it no matter what I do! There are no hot keys to erase in advanced settings, and the CTRL-SHIFT combo doesn't work to change the offending character back to normal. Please do help, thank you!
